Ok, someone needs to help me out with this whole net neutrality thing. I know there's a bill going through Congress that could affect the internet and how we use it, but I can't make heads or tails of it. My good buddy Josh Marshall says it's the end of the world, but Kevin Drum says it's no big deal.
I can't seem to find any neutral articles that can objectively dissect the whole thing, and I don't do well reading bills. So I'm asking those with expertise on this, help me out here. What's the true issues, and is it a problem or not?
