I fear that Judge Sam Allito is about to be confirmed to be the newest supreme court justice. Our only hope is most Americans have some sort of clairvoyant powers. A CNN/USA Today/Gallup surveyfound that only about one in three Americans believe Alito would vote, as critics fear, to reverse the 1973 Supreme Court decision that legalized abortion.
