McCain's Law

Ian Fleming wrote that if a thing happens once, it's happenstance, twice is coincidence,  and three times is enemy action.   It became known as Fleming's Law.

What is it when the same thing happens five times?  That's how many times Sen McCain has been confused about Al Qaeda, Shiites and Iran.
