Since some (including me) have expressed concern over the limited menu choices at our normal DLD2 venue, we're shopping around for a friendly location. This week we're trying Arthur's Cafe, just off Hyde Park Square at 3516 Edwards Avenue. It's a reasonably-priced place popular among a diverse crowd. As with our other Hyde Park venue, it's also convenient to multiple bus lines: the 11, 69, 24, and 51 all stop nearby and SORTA has a trip planner on their website.
Please join us at Arthurs Cafe at 7:30 PM on Tuesday, December 11, 2007, where I'm sure we'll discuss:
- The connection between Intel, Lies and Videotape
- Why conservative administrations always seem to have a problem with recording technology
- How Mitt Romney is no JFK
- That sometimes Hillary is just plain nuts
- Why some people still hear what they want to hear and disregard the rest
Look for the Drinking Liberally table tents and the guy with the MAD Magazine baseball cap. See you there!
