According to idpgroup.com and Countdown with Keith Olbermann, Green Party candidate Carl Romanelli is off the ballot for the Pennsylvania senatorial election. A local judge ruled that, with voided signatures, Romanelli fell 9,000 short of the required number of signatures to be placed on the ballot on November 7th.
This is huge, as the republicans were basically funding Romanelli's campaign, with the hopes of drawing votes away from Democratic challenger Bob Casey. The fact that they went to such great lengths to prop him up shows how desperate they had become. You hate to get too confident, but it's almost time to stick a fork in him, he's done.
