Condi Rice now says troop reduction is "entirely probable" within a year. Throw in just enough uncertainty to cover your ass in case you have to eat your words a year down the road. In the meantime, Dubya is talking about keeping troops in Iraq for the foreseeable future. They never tire of lying, deceiving and mincing words, these assholes. How many times have they talked about troop reductions? How many times have these scumbags talked about "making progress" and "turning corners?" Not a single one of their predictions has come true. Shit, if this isn't an opportunity for the national Democrats to go on the offensive, I don't know what is.
