White House issues own Katrina report

So Bush issues his own report on the Katrina fiasco. According to the AP, "The report was expected to be less scathing than a House report issued last week. " Really! You don't say! Gee, I wish I could do my own performance reviews. I am sure I would be an outstanding employee everytime.
