A "great deal"

Bush plans to reimburse over 20 states that provided emergency coverage to low-income residents who nearly went without life-saving medications because their data was missing in the new Medicare Drug Plan database or they couldn't afford the exorbitant medicine costs that they weren't supposed to pay.

Bush has bragged about being the "CEO President." The debacle of the new Medicare Drug Plan proves that he's neither.
