Nice to see that Antonin Scalia believes in the strictest interpretation of the Constitution...except when it doesn't suit his needs.

Don't you just hate it when you propose an initiative at work, and then someone questions you on it, and you have no clue how to answer the question? Well, Georgia representative Lynn Westmoreland proposed just such an initiative (we'll call it a bill in this case), in this case several bills promoting the display of the Ten Commandments in government locations. And in this case someone did ask some questions of it. In this case that person was Stephen Colbert. Hilarity ensues.
