Now the republican nominee for mayor of Louisville has declined to endorse current governor Ernie Fletcher. This after Fletcher's own lieutenant governor, Steve Pence, decided he wouldn't be his running mate in 2007 and also declined to endorse him.
I have a fairly reliable source that says this is only the tip of the iceberg. It looks like Fletcher is going to have trouble even getting his own party's nomination. I mean, even Jean Schmidt managed that, how freaking difficult can it be?
