Warren County is rejecting stimulus funds to buy efficient, American-built buses and upgrade the energy-efficiency of its government buildings. Of course, it is accepting money for the sheriff's department.
That's probably wise, given that they had to lock down the county courthouse in 2004 to steal the election for George Bush. Destroying democracy takes resources.

I didn't think that they had the right to refuse stimulus funds or to pick and choose what they accept or don't?
