Dear Senate Democrats,

Thank you for demonstrating once again a true spirit of bipartisanship by allowing Joe Lieberman to continue as chairman of the Senate Homeland Security Committee.

In that same spirit, I urge you to take the following two measures:

1) Elect Ted Stevens as the Majority Leader. Sure he is a Republican, and is probably going to jail. But isn't that the whole point of bipartisanship? In fact, I believe Stevens can run the Dems from prison better than Harry Reid can from DC.

2) Campaign for Saxby Chambliss in Georgia. What could be more bipartisan than to campaign for a Republican who questioned the patriotism of a Vietnam-vet triple-amputee Democrat?

I think these two actions will showcase your magnanimity to the entire country (except those pesky left-wing dirty fucking hippies). Who needs them anyway!
