Jailed dictators say the darndest things

Apparently, Saddam Hussein prefers a firing squad to the gallows, and wants to "die like a soldier." You know, the kind of soldier who disappears when his city falls to an invading army. The kind of soldier who hides in a spider hole. I suspect if the Americans let them, the current Iraqi administration would be more than happy to oblige Saddam.
