In Florida, as in Ohio

According to AP, Florida's ethics commission has determined that Republican gubernatorial candidate Tom Gallagher violated ethics laws by owning stock in two insurance companies while he regulated the industry.

Now before you evil liberals jump to any conclusions, I should point out that Tom Gallagher is an honest and upstanding Republican. I am certain this was an accident and completely unintentional. You know, sorta like when honest and upstanding Ohio Republican gubernatorial candidate Ken Blackwell accidentally owned stock in Diebold, even as the company benefited from decisions made by his office. Yeah, like that.
