"I don't know where bin Laden is. I have no idea and really don't care. It's not that important. It's not our priority."
- G.W. Bush, 3/13/02
That was the attitude back then and seems to be the attitude now. While this administration is pursuing fringe issues to distract the public, the perpetrator of the 9/11 attacks has once again surfaced.
We have to ask ourselves, what has been done to fight terrorism since September, 2001 and what has been done to capture Osama bin Laden?
We see this administration chipping away at our civil liberties while the leader of al-Qaida freely distributes his threatening tapes. If the president wants to prove to us that he is serious about fighting terrorism, he should then make an all out effort to capture this man.
