Kyle "Dusty" Foggo, the former #3 man at the CIA, hired by Porter Goss, is being investigated for his part in the Duke Cunningham corruption.

Jerry Lewis (think 41st District, California and not telethon) is being investigated into any misconduct with lobbyists and earmarking federal money.

James Tobin, regional political director for the RNC in Maine will be sentenced to 2 years in prison for phone jamming on election night.

Tom Noe wants to change his plea. Doesn't matter Mr. "Rare-coin", you're going to prison.
