Who will be the VP?

For those of you following the West Wing:
Now that we know Santos won the election, the question now is whom will he pick as VP?

A friend of mine thinks it will be Vinick. My friend could be right the race was very close, and remember Santos said, "There's an America that's bigger than any of us."

During his acceptance speech, which did not mention Leo at all, Santos also said "Arnie Vinick made this a better campaign and he's made this a better country for all of us."

Who do you think the V.P. will be and why?
