Claude Allen, Bush's former domestic policy advisor who was arrested for an alleged retail scam, appears to be experiencing karmic retribution for past deeds.
These past deeds include:
- Denying a low-income rape victim Medicaid funds for an abortion
- Promoting abstinence-only AIDS-prevention programs during his tenure at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services
- Claiming that a political opponent of Jesse Helms (for whom he was an aid) had ties to "queers"
