First let me say if you order it from Amazon you are getting a heck of a better deal than I did. But I got the special edition that is promised to be delivered before yours. Anyhow the book should be delivered to all by the first of March. So let's set a tentative date of Wed. March the 29th. If we have to push it back we will.
