According to the lawsuit, a California public school board approved the course "Philosophy of Design," which openly discusses intelligent design as an alternative to evolution. The school superintendent was told by attorneys that as long as the course had "philosophy" in the title, it would not be subject to the same ruling as in Dover, Pa.
Methinks this school should offer the course "Philosophy of FSM"...
